Fordhall Organic Farm
Fordhall Organic Farm, in Market Drayton, north Shropshire, is England’s first community-owned farm following a high profile campaign in 2006.
Over 8,000 people across the world supported the campaign by purchasing £50 non-profit-making shares. The farm has also been organic since the Second World War due to the foresight of the late Arthur Hollins. Now managed by his children Charlotte and Ben as tenants to the community, Fordhall is a wonderful example of community spirit and real organic farming. We offer a warm welcome to all.
