This workshop is an enjoyable way to share your views and experiences with like minded women plus I will guide you through breathing techniques, poses, meditation and relaxation techniques plus information on how to manage your symptoms.

The above symptoms, can be associated with the stage of a women’s life when they have stopped menstruating and they have had no periods for 12 months. However, you may be in your 40’s and acknowledge and recognise some if not all of the above mentioned symptoms.
