Mother & Baby Yoga

Mother & Baby Yoga is suitable as soon as baby has their 6-8 weeks checks. This course is designed for babies until they are 6 months. It is a great way to socialise whilst doing something fun and interactive with your little one as well as doing some gentle exercise.
There are lots of songs, movements and sensory toys to keep baby entertained. The course is completely baby lead so you don’t have to worry if baby cries, sleeps or needs feeding.
Each week we will do some breathing exercises, warm ups for both you and baby. We will then do some poses for baby, some standing poses for both you and your little one and floor poses. We finish off with some sensory & relaxation.
Mother & Baby Yoga is booked in blocks of 5 weeks but can be continued until baby is crawling. There are lots of benefits for you and your little one.
Please be assured that I have done extensive research to ensure we are all kept safe. I do ask that you wear a face mask to enter and leave the room, however I have decided that I will be placing everyone 2 meters or more apart so that you can remove your mask whilst on your mats.
Due to this distancing I am only able to have 7 Mums & Babies on each course so places are very limited. Please get in touch for more information or to book your place.
