DESCRIPTION:The Mother & Baby Yoga course is designed for babies aged from 6 months. It is a great way to socialise whilst doing something fun and interactive with your little one as well as doing some gentle exercise. \nThere are lots of songs\, movements and sensory toys to keep baby entertained. The course is completely baby lead so you don’t have to worry if baby cries\, sleeps or needs feeding. \nEach week we will do some breathing exercises\, warm ups for both you and baby. We will then do some poses for baby\, some standing poses for both you and your little one and floor poses. We finish off with some sensory & relaxation.\nMother & Baby Yoga is booked in blocks of 5 weeks but can be continued until baby is crawling. There are lots of benefits for you and your little one. \nPlease be assured that I have done extensive research to ensure we are all kept safe. I do ask that you wear a face mask to enter and leave the room\, however I have decided that I will be placing everyone 2 meters or more apart so that you can remove your mask whilst on your mats. \nDue to this distancing I am only able to have 7 Mums & Babies on each course so places are very limited. DESCRIPTION:Market Drayton’s Party in the Park\, which has been held twice and was inspired by an event in Whitchurch\, was scheduled to go ahead later this year with live music\, food stalls and free entry. \nThe young event has been a hit so far\, drawing 2\,000 people to the town park in 2018 and 1\,600 last year despite poor weather. \nCoronavirus has meant much of this summer’s social events have been cancelled or postponed\, but as restrictions are eased\, organiser Mike Smith said he still hopes to have a party in some capacity this year\, though it would likely mean charging for entry to make it realistic.

SUMMARY:Drayton Arts Festival
DESCRIPTION:Drayton Arts Festival showcases local talent in Market Drayton\, attracting high quality artists and performers from across the region. \nProviding a range of interactive events\, and produced by a group of volunteers; all events are held in venues in and around the town. \nVenues that support the Drayton Arts Festival include (but not exclusive to) the Festival Drayton Centre\, St. Mary’s church\, the Library\, local pubs\, cafés and shops. \nMany of the events will be free\, but in some cases a fee will be charged to assist with costs and expenses. The brochure of the Festival programme will be published in September with details of booking arrangements. \nThe online programme will be updated regularly.
