DESCRIPTION:Market Drayton floating markets has the direct backing of the Canal & River Trust & Shropshire Council for this two-day market. \nThe Roving Canal Traders Association did announce that it would hold a floating market on Market Drayton’s canal\, between Betton Bridge and Lloyds Bridge\, during the Spring Bank Holiday\, from May 29 to 31. \nWith lots of trading boats — interesting crafts present some amazing talent. Everything is different\, unique and artisan…  There is always a great range of items available for you to purchase on the day. The canal traders are always extremely welcoming! \nPlease do not hesitate to get in touch with the Roving Canal Traders Asscoiation from their website. \nThe Shropshire Union Canal flows alongside a remarkably leisurely walk (5km) through Market Drayton. The locks\, embankments and cuttings on this historic canal were designed by Thomas Telford. \n
