On Tuesday 3rd of August the Kings Arms in Market Drayton held their inaugural post Covid Charity Quiz. The quiz was organised and hosted by Clive Jones alongside the Manageress Miss Emma Jennings, the Landlord Digger and the team at the Kings Arms.
This evening was made even more special as it was sponsored by Sweet Warriors, a traditional sweet shop in Market Drayton which sell those traditional favourites, Ice Creams and will cater for any event that you require.
Margaret’s Farm Merchant House – A lovely shop in the town which is expanding to the Buttercross. This shop is a deli which sells a wonderful selection of Wines, Gins and Whisky’s as well as homemade produce, locally sourced cured meats, Cheeses, Olives Antipasti and much, much more.
In your Face – A printing shop in Market Drayton which is in the heart of the community. Steve at IYF is able to print T-shirt’s, Hoodies and many other items to a very high standard for local schools sporting clubs and for many other reasons.
A wonderful evening was had and a fantastic amount of £372 was raised for good causes. It is Clive’s intention to fund a Defibrillator locally as well as other good causes.
Congratulations go to team “The Incomers” who are pictured below showing off their Kings Arms quiz Trophy.
